I was hoping we would get a little closer to Olowalu valley so I could see it better. No matter I like these views. Auau channel looks beautiful.
I came in to do a tasting with my friend Annie Lai and we had a reunion. Good to see old friends.
My favorites were the hot coffees but the iced flight was so good too. I like the vibe of the cafe too. It’s very chic, bright, and modern. Can’t wait to go back!
I have reservations about my piece – I could have worked on it more, it’s not exactly what I envisioned for my end result. But I approached the deadline like it was a “drop your knives” cooking challenge. I had to stop and turn it in.
Looking forward to to seeing all of the other art in the show too.

This restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 5:00 on Vineyard Street in Wailuku.
The style is fusion, cutting edge stuff. Really good.
They don’t take reservations, and they are BYOB.
